Privacy Policy
Ongil ("we", "us", or "the Company") operates the mobile puzzle game Color Merge Exit ("the Service"). We respect your privacy and have prepared this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws.
The Service has no sign-up or login and does not collect information that directly identifies you such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, the following information is processed to serve ads, analyze the Service, and save your game progress.
1. Information We Process
Collected automatically
- Advertising identifiers: iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and Android Advertising ID (GAID) — only where you have allowed it.
- Device & app information: device model, OS version, app version, language/country (approximate region), and a per-app instance identifier.
- Usage information: in-app events such as level start/clear/fail, play time, and ad views.
- Diagnostics: crash and performance-related information.
Stored & synced on your device (game progress)
- Game progress such as cleared levels, stars earned, and hearts (lives).
- On iOS this is stored via Apple iCloud (Key-Value Store), and on Android via Google Backup, under your own Apple/Google account. It is not stored on our servers, and we do not access it.
2. Purposes
- To provide and operate the game
- To display ads and measure ad performance
- To analyze usage and improve quality
- To sync game progress across your devices
- To diagnose errors and improve stability
3. Third-Party Services (Processors)
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes information under its own privacy policy.
| Service | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Google LLC | Serving & measuring ads |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Google LLC | Usage analytics |
| Apple iCloud | Apple Inc. | Game progress storage (iOS) |
| Google Backup | Google LLC | Game progress storage (Android) |

4. Advertising Identifiers & Personalized Ads
We display ads through Google AdMob and may use advertising identifiers to provide personalized ads. You can refuse or reset this at any time.
- iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking: the "Allow Apps to Request to Track" toggle, or decline the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt shown on first launch.
- Android — Settings → Privacy → Ads: delete or reset your Advertising ID.
- For users in the EEA/UK, we obtain consent via the Google UMP consent screen.
Declining the use of advertising identifiers does not restrict your use of the Service; the ads shown may simply be less relevant to you.
5. Retention & Deletion
- Analytics data is processed in aggregate form and retained/deleted according to Google Analytics' retention policy.
- Advertising identifier data follows Google's policies.
- Game progress remains in your own account until you delete the app or remove the data from your iCloud/Google backup.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed primarily at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (under 13 in some countries, including the United States). If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it without delay.
7. Your Rights
- Refuse ad tracking and reset your advertising identifier (see Section 4).
- Delete game progress by uninstalling the app or removing the data in your device's iCloud/Google backup settings.
- For any other privacy requests, contact us at the address below.
8. International Transfers
Because of the nature of the third-party services (Google, Apple), information may be processed on servers outside your country. Each provider applies safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards, including minimizing the information processed, using reputable third-party services, and encrypting data in transit.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Policy is effective as of July 16, 2026. Any additions, deletions, or changes will be announced on this page.
